We are located on the first floor with an abundant parking lot and a handicap entrance. The parking lot is facing Cooke Street. Enter through the double doors and we are located to the right side of the stair case. Please call 401-318-5835 if you have any questions.

 

No Show & Late Cancellation Policy:

Sometimes things happen and you have to cancel or reschedule your appointment and that's okay. There is no fee if notification is given at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. However, if you fail to inform me of any change/cancellation 24 hours prior to your appointment time for any reason, 100% of the service rate will be charged to your reserved credit card on file. To avoid this, you can always send someone in your place.

This policy also works in reverse. If I need to cancel your appointment with less than 24 hour notice, your session will be free.

 

Payment:

To schedule an appointment, a credit card is required to hold your booking. Your card is not charged at the time of scheduling. You may pay for your session however you like when you arrive (cash, different credit card, Venmo).

After scheduling, check your email right away to ensure you received the confirmation email. If you did not receive it, your booking has not been reserved. Please contact me if you need assistance with scheduling.

All service prices are all inclusive, which means that I do not accept gratuity. As appreciated as the gesture of a gratuity is, a Google review or sharing your experience with friends or family goes even further.
